5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

4. Securely pack the item with all original packaging and the RA number

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the original return is received and processed. Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment.
