  • Free Shipping (EMS): For all orders over $50, we offer free shipping! Orders shipped via EMS will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after shipping. A tracking number will be provided.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or defective item).

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Refunds: Returning Your Gold

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.

Exchanges: For a Perfect Fit
